This was beautiful pan. First cooking attempt, porridge. The pot never achieved the steam level, the lid did not spin. The pan burned. I have been successful in the past with cleaning all levels of stainless steel pan destruction. This one will not be coming back to anything appealing for cooking. The videos and instructions are misleading on the stem build up and spinning lid.
