Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this shaver is amazing! Its so easy to use, the charger is nice no cords or anything to loose. The safety cover is nice to keep oit of reach of children. Its a clean cut and I woild recommend it to everyone i know!

the button for the retractable blade got stuck so now it doesn’t retract. Useless, too expensive for this nonsense. The older models worked much better for less $

We recommend pressing with two hands harder on the button and make sure the cap is properly attached to the shaver. Not impressed … I expected it to work better, not pull on the hair the way it does. Have tried both dry and wet. Would not buy again.

Bikini trimmer does not work

I bought this shaver 6 months ago, specifically to use the bikini attachment and have been thoroughly disappointed. I have done everything possible- reading and re-reading the manual, cleaning the razor, switching shaving creams and nothing works. Using the guard to trim my bikini area is nothing but painful and highly ineffective. The razor incessantly pulls on my hair without effectively trimming it. I would not recommend this razor to anyone looking for a bikini area trimmer.

Razor burn

This razor gave me the worst razor burn of my life. Painful and swollen. It does give a very close shave and I imagine the razor burn is similar to dry shaving your bikini line with a regular razor. This isn’t like other bikini trimmers which I like because they leave no irritation that I get from typical shaving. I will never use this again.

Back blade - Doesn’t pop up

I haven’t used this one yet but I bought the older model in 2018 and it still works great, I just wanted an upgrade. On both of them though, I can’t figure out what the back blade is for. It almost looks like a replacement for the pop up trimmer but I don’t know. Can’t figure out what it actually does
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please note that contrary to manual razors that necessitate a certain amount of pressure, electric shavers are designed to operate with minimal force. Exerting too much pressure can lead to blades pressing harshly against the skin, which in turn could result in irritation. Guide the shaver's movement gently without pressing down forcefully. In addition, achieving a closer shave often involves shaving against the direction of hair growth. While this delivers smoother results, it's imperative to exercise caution. Begin with a light touch and refrain from excessive repetition over the same area to prevent any skin irritation.

I'll never go back to regular razors again, this trimmer/razor does everything I need & leaves my skin smooth without the razor burn. I love it & it's so worth the price.
