Ordered in January Won't receive it until APRIL!!!!!!!!

I do really love this machine. I have purchased 2 others for my own use and for my son. BUT!! I have yet to receive this one. I was wondering what happened to it so the other day I called and was told it wasn't going to be here until APRIL!!!! APRIL!! Imagine that. I told the lady it would have been nice to have been notified of this. Of course, she was very polite and said sorry. But, APRIL!!! Fire season is almost over.

I bought this to clean my pellet stove,used it one time and it works great so far,it's not loud like my shop vac,which is nice,lots of suction,long hose and finally a long electric cord.so far so good.

The vacuum seemed good, but it completely died after less than 3 WEEKS of use! I agreed to receive a replacement, and will review that after using it for 3 weeks.

This is the most effective, efficient and well-designed fireplace vacuum ever! And I love the fact that it comes with an exceptionally long hose (unlike the other brands and models). This way, when I vacuum and clean out my wood burning stove, I don't have to have the vacuum canister sitting right next to me. The longer vacuum hose allows for greater flexibility. I highly recommend this to everyone.
