Missing parts

In forty years of building Legos I have never had a set missing so many pieces. I have a large collection of bricks but the missing parts are not what you would have in a stash at home. So I sit and wait, sort of ruins the whole point of building in the first place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the price tag

My son saved his money for quite some time to purchase this set and it was well worth it! There’s great engineering and architectural detail, plus it’s fun to play with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a Ninjago fan sense the the pilot season and this set dos not disappoint. all of the best function and minifigures that we have been wanting for year great job lego. please keep making Ninjago modulars

The building had intriguing constructs resulting in many sections that provided imaginative play options. There was one piece missing, but Lego provided a replacement promptly. Lots of fun with clever engineering.

BEST SET EVER

THIS SET is awsome! It has so many exclusive minifigures, ones that we wanted for YEARS! So many refrences and cameos and great building experiance. It looks incredible too. My favorite set in my collection 100% NOT TO MENTION THAT INCREDIBLE FLUSHING TOILET

Not as impressive

This set was not as fun to build and wasn’t as sturdy as the other Ninjago sets. When finished there’s also a lot of open spaces that could have been filled with more visually interesting things like the other sets or perhaps more stores. I’m sure it opens it up for more playability to have more space to stand figures but takes away from the overall visual appeal. Seems like this set did not really need to be across two giant base plates. The lift is cool but it seems like the set was just built for that and everything else was a second thought. With some editing, it could have been made smaller and more visually interesting like the others. The box makes it appear more interesting than it is when finished

The box makes it look so good, but when I finished I noticed tons of empty and unused space particularly around the base of the model. The detail compared to the previous Ninjago City sets (Which I own each of them) seems rushed and mediocre. This set is nice to have if you want all four of the series, but I highly do not recommend this set to anyone buying it for any other reason.
