Magnet would not hold my phone to the charger kept falling off.

New power bug works well

The power bug works well and looks good on our kitchen wall! The only drawback is that I wish it had a tilt option on it otherwise it’s another great product from twelve south!

I was so excited when I saw media coverage. Bid, major disappointment when I received product. Wireless charging didn’t work on my iPhone 16 plus max. I proceeded to take off apple case.... Magnet worked....No charging!!!! I changed phone orientation..... no luck!!! I then tried c charging. Well something worked. I now own an oversized wall wart with c charging. Totally disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just received mine today. The wireless charging feature does not work?! Tried several working outlets. Any suggestions?
