I loved the idea of this and really liked the magnetic charger for the phone. It worked well. The additional port for charging another item, didn’t work so I returned it.

Looks great and charges well but I wish the magnet was stronger. I have to work to find the right spot for the magnet connection to be strong enough to hold up my phone.

Great Concept, Flawed Execution

I love the idea behind the Twelve South PowerBug — a compact, travel-friendly charger with built-in cable management and fast charging capabilities. It’s sleek, minimal, and feels like a smart addition to any setup.However, the biggest drawback is how easily the whole unit gets pulled out of the wall when unplugging my iPhone. There's no real anchoring mechanism, so unless you're holding the charger in place or it's somehow secured to the outlet, it pops right out every time. I understand the minimalist design, but in practice, this makes daily use frustrating.If Twelve South added a way to screw it into the outlet or improve its grip, this would be a near-perfect charger. As it stands, the concept is great, but the execution falls short for regular use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
