Terrible charger

It does not last if you aren’t using it. There’s also no indication as to which side of the charger actually recharges it for youth. So we left it plugged in all night into the wrong side. It did tell you in the directions, but like everyone else, I threw those away. There should be some kind of indication on the actual charger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Power clip suggestions

Nice device, but you will break a fingernail trying to pry the connector out of the device if it is pushed all the way in. Also, would have been good to have both a USB3 and lightning connector. Not everyone in the household has the latest and greatest Apple devices. I had to buy a USB3 to lightning adapter to keep with the unit
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard copy instructions inadequate

No indication in hard copy instructions as to which side I must plug into a power source. Or, if the info is there, the typeface is too small.
