Very Good Charger But a Few Questions

This is one of the better chargers I've used, especially when it comes to powering up more than 1 device at a time. I'm just wondering a couple things.First, why is it necessary to turn the device on/off for Find My to work? If I forget to turn it on Find My doesn't work but if I forget to turn it off the battery will eventually die. (It's a coin cell battery and is replaceable)Second, if it does need a battery for Find My to work (especially if unplugged from a wall outlet, which is a good idea) why not integrate a rechargeable battery? This way the internal battery can be charging when it is plugged into a wall outlet charging other devices and there would also be no need to turn Find My off/on as the battery would be fully charged after charging up other devices.Other than those two minor items it's a pretty solid product.

Poor outlet retention

The charger will immediately fall out or not make electrical contact with any wall outlet you encounter traveling. It barely holds in the virgin receptical in my appartment.Also it would be far better if it had a small integrated battery for the find my that charged itself when plugged in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have an Android phone so the "Find My" app doesn't work, but I'm fine with that, as I LOVE this charger! It's so slim and easy to use. I love the attachments too. They aren't just adapters, but they also are made for a wide range of voltages, so it protects my devices. And though it's a 50W, it still charges my laptop, phone, earbuds, etc. Great to use in hotels. Very happy!

Lack of support if you lose your travel adaptors

Sadly one downside of this product which I enjoyed for a short time until I misplaced by travel adaptors was the fact that Twelve South do not sell a replacement travel adaptor set. Just beware of that when considering whether to buy as that seems to be offered by competitors. Otherwise a good product.

Stopped working

I had a problem with it working a few days ago, but then it started working fine. Once again it has stopped working and I cannot get it to work regardless of the plug adapter I use. I will have to return it once I get back from vacation in Egypt and Greece. The Find My feature, however, does work and still works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
