GREAT overall

Built this with my daughter. She loves to play with it and it was a very fun build. The instructions were amazing as were some of the small details as you were building. We usually make mistakes when building but these instructions were so easy to follow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Lion Knights castle is bursting with cool secrets and satisfying build techniques. Way more than I had initially expected when it was announced. So much charm in every corner and crevice.

I love this set. It has a perfect balance of playful and serious my favorite part is how many exclusive Minifigures there are. I do wish that they had a more balanced roster of Minifigures though.

Loved the new building techniques that LEGO uses now. Did not have them in my childhood, (80's-90's). Many great details, secrets, and throwbacks. Would recommend to any LEGO enthusiast.

A Fantastic Castle

I bought this set for myself for my birthday and I have no been the least bit disappointed. Yes, the price is high, but for that you get a lot of creativity, a fun build experience, and a unique set that pays homage to many of the sets that I grew up with back in the day. I build it with my two sons and we added it to our medieval village setup, where it fits in perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this set, and simply wish Lego would release another line of CLASSIC castle sets. The demand is there. Do it!

Fantastic Castle

One of the best building experience in my 20 years of building Lego. Although the model looks plain gray at first sight, and each package comes with tons of gray 1 x 2, 1 x 3 and 1 x 4 bricks, there is none of the steps that not filled with fun. The tricky part of building the castle is frequently checking and rotating to make sure the orientation is correct.
