Great fit, great battery life, great bands!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the watch 5 to the 8. The battery lasts multiple days and the new bands are amazing. The old ones used to irritate my skin, now im perfectly fine to wear it for multiple days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the watch 8 because when I looked at the other watches one was to big an I already had the Samsung 6 wearable an I really just wanted something new with more options. Well let me tell you this one went above an beyond my expectations in all ways I thought. My husband has had to teach me some of the awesome features but once he did I was able to do alot more with it. I have no problems working my watch, taking calls, making calls checking my notifications or anything now. Love my new watch & phone....

I Chose the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 for My Husbund

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 as a birthday gift for my husband because Samsung has been a part of my life for many years. Our family loves Samsung products, and our home is filled with them—from our phones, tablets, smartwatches, and earbuds to our home appliances.
My love for Samsung started back in school when I saved up enough money to buy my very first smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S3. Since then, choosing Samsung has always felt like the obvious decision because I've always had a great experience with the brand.
My husband and I are currently using the Galaxy Watch7, and I wanted to surprise him with the new Galaxy Watch8 for his birthday. I'm confident it's an even better smartwatch with new features and improvements that he'll enjoy every day. He has no idea that this is his birthday gift, so I can't wait to see his reaction when he opens it. I know he'll be incredibly happy, and seeing his surprise will make me just as happy.

Great features, but awful battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch8 has a lot to like. I really enjoy all of the customization options, and the new health features are a big improvement. The blood pressure monitoring and other health tracking tools have been especially useful, and everything works smoothly with my Samsung phone.
The biggest drawback is the battery life. Even with fairly light use and the always-on display turned off, I have to charge it much more often than I expected. Because it usually needs to charge overnight, I can't consistently use one of the features I was most looking forward to—sleep tracking. That kind of defeats the purpose of having a watch that's designed to monitor your health around the clock.
The battery is the only reason this isn't a 5-star review. If Samsung can significantly improve battery life, this would be an easy recommendation. As it stands, it's a great smartwatch with excellent features, but the frequent charging is hard to overlook.

Samsung Galaxy Watch8 and it is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Watch8 is my third watch from Samsung. I use it for tracking my health, sleep, calories, lap swimming, walking, and biking. Samsung Health is a great app and the Galaxy AI will make recommendations for improving your sleep and workouts. The sleep tracking is very useful for tracking sleep data and the Galacy AI makes recommendations for improving sleep quality. Sleep mode is a great feature that puts your watch and phone in "do not disturb" and optimizes the Watch8 interface for sleeping. All of the features are amazing. If I am busy and cannot get to my phone, I use the Watch8 to make and receive calls. The quality of the call is always excellent. I have owned several Samsung phones, watches, and televisions. I have never returned a Samsung device or called customer service. Their products are rock solid and will exceed your expectations for quality, reliability, and value. I highly recommend the Watch8 and the Samsung brand for great products.

I love how it informs me about my health

It keeps me in touch with the weather, world events etc. And galaxy AI is very helpful, informative, and even has a great sense of humor. When i use my galaxy AI is almost like having a conversation with another person, not a computer generated program.
