Helps with letting me know when I meet my goals for the day. Gives me feedback about new things I can try to improve my health. There are so many cool features that I would recommend this product to anyone. I choose to share my experience because everyone has different experience for everyone but i abouslutly recommend this to anyone to try and you can even change the band if you want and also can change the background of the face to what ever you like.
