It allows me to track my stress levels, sleep patterns, and daily activities. When my stress levels are too high, it sends a warning and encourages me to stop and relax. I also receive daily updates on my goals, along with reminders throughout the day to help me stay on track.
I absolutely love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking to maintain healthy habits.

It works great when it's working The problem is that the charge dosent even last my whole work shift. I am always walking around with a dead watch. Not even knowing what time it is. Samsung could do bettet.

It helps keep track of all my workouts automatically which has been a HUGE help. I just wish the battery lasted a little longer and that it was water proof for swimming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is super light and the screen reacts really well with the stylist. I'm amazed how easy it is. You could draw on it just like a piece of paper, and it doesn't pick up your hand if you have your hand on the screen while you're drawing.

I love that you could change the bands and the faces, so it's like having a different watch every day, and it keeps track of my sleep, which is pretty cool to see and I know when I'm getting my proper movement in each day and helps me do a little more. If I didn't.
