[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much my Galaxy Watch8 has become my must have device on my person as much as my S25 Ultra. Its health features actually prompt me to take better care of myself, and as a control it gives me one-touch access to devices and music without having to grab a remote or pull my phone out of my pocket...

Having spent extensive time testing the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8, it becomes clear that Samsung has focused heavily on iterative polish rather than tearing up the blueprint. For anyone upgrading from a model that is three or four years old, the leap is substantial; for owners of the previous generation, the changes are more subdued. The most immediate talking point is the physical design. Samsung has pivoted toward a refined cushion-case—or "squircle"—aesthetic. It sits somewhere between a traditional circle and a square, giving the wearable a distinct, modern identity on the wrist. The 44mm variant feels remarkably lightweight, utilizing a durable armor aluminum frame and sapphire crystal glass that easily shrugs off accidental bumps against doorframes and gym equipment. Furthermore, Samsung introduced a redesigned dynamic lug system featuring a simple push-button mechanism on the underside, making strap swaps fast and painless without requiring tools or frustrating fingernail maneuvers. Up front, the Super AMOLED display is nothing short of breathtaking. Pushing a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, it cuts through harsh midday sunlight effortlessly, ensuring text, workout stats, and intricate watch faces remain crisp and legible. Driven by the Exynos W1000 3nm processor paired with 2GB of RAM, navigation across Wear OS and One UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with the Samsung Galaxy Watch8. It has a beautiful, slim, and lightweight design, and it feels very comfortable on my wrist even when I wear it for long hours or while sleeping. The screen is bright and clear, and I can easily see everything even when I’m outside. What I like most is how many useful health and fitness features are included. The sleep tracking gives me helpful information about my sleep, and I love being able to check my heart rate, stress levels, activity, calories, and overall wellness throughout the day. The Energy Score and sleep coaching features are especially helpful for keeping me motivated to maintain healthier habits. The fitness tracking is also excellent. It makes it easy to track different workouts and daily activity, and the GPS is very useful when walking or exercising outdoors. I also appreciate features like fall detection and SOS because they provide an extra sense of safety. Another feature I really enjoy is the smart functionality. Notifications, calls, messages, music, weather, and other information are right on my wrist, so I don’t always have to take out my phone. Having Google Gemini built into the watch is a great addition and makes getting information or completing certain tasks much more convenient. The battery life is good for my daily use, and I love that the watch is durable and water resistant. The ability to customize the watch faces and change band. Overall, the Galaxy Watch8 feels like a perfect watch.
