Consistently Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Vicks Warm Steam Vaporizers for years because all of my girls have asthma and have suffered from bouts of wheezing and coughing throughout their lives. Our Vicks vaporizer has consistently been used to help them breathe better and relieve their coughs. I like my new Vicks vaporizer because of the added nightlight and VapoPads that come with it. My previous humidifier didn't have either. Now, I have the choice of simply inserting the VapoPads into the top of the unit for the menthol scent, or I can go the traditional route and use the menthol liquid. I had to use the new humidifier before my kiddos since I was coughing due to an allergy flare up. It moistened the air, soothed my cough, and helped provide a good night's sleep. The new vaporizer also appears to be more compact than my last one but still holds a great deal of water and lasts all night. It's a keeper for my family!

I had a toddler coughing most of the night...though it seemed like she was sleeping, just restlessly, I sure wasn't. I immediately set it up and found that it really seemed to calm the cough and calm this momma! I love that you can add Vapo to it and the nightlight is perfect for the kiddos...I can see to check on them because when they are sick, I always peek in. I ran it 3 nights in a row and appreciated the relief it seemed to provide. I don't like giving meds to a child that young, so this was the perfect solution!

We are extremely congested and I had been running hot water in the shower to try to get some comfort. When my ninth month old fell sick, we decided to visit our doctor. She recommended us using a warm steam vaporizer. after doing some research online I decided on this Vicks one. It has been an absolute lifesaver! My kids are no longer waking up stuffy and congested. And they are now able to get a full night's sleep. I definitely recommend this!

Not the best quality..

Maybe it would be better in a bigger room but it’s the steam coming from the machine that smelled bad.. It still works great and produces a lot of steam so if you can put up with the smell it may still be a good low cost option. Just doesn’t work for me.
The steam is not warm, it is hot. Really hot. It’s hard to pour out the old water because the bowl has a large lip to it and the light can’t be turned off.

Perfect during sick season

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came just in time, as both my boys came down with the dreaded head cold. It is a lifesaver at night time. The added night light was a nice touch as well. I love that you have the option to use the Vick's liquid or pods if you want to. We prefer the pods. The auto shutoff is great too, I always am worried if I left things on, so it gives you peace of mind. This is definitely a must have in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has lots of Sinus issues and he hates breathing with a clogged nose. If he wakes up late night with issues. He turns this on and he thinks it has been helping.He enjoys it. I don’t mind it either I usually wake up with a dry nose but not when this is on.
