It looks good. Lid is not convenient. It is stainless steel but has 2 plastic parts inside. What for?

I’m very happy with the kettle except it is a little bigger than what I actually wanted. Also the handle is thick and rather bulky. It works good though….si far.

Glass kettle I had by chefman broke the handle off as I was pouring it and nearly burned my self severely! Poor design but due to necessity and availability I had to repurchase a chefman kettle
