Sleek and hot

I was a little skeptical when my husband brought this new kettle home after our nice plastic one of 5 years, decided to finally kick the bucket. I usually use these kettles as well to help boil water to make hot baths due to hot water temperature controls. As it helps with my chronic back pain to soak in a hot salt tub. Not only is this thing intimidating at first because of the outside steel you really shouldn’t touch the outside once the water is heated like the plastic ones. But it makes the water feel even hotter. I love the measure feature with the light.

So far I've just heated it up to clean it but I filled it to the full level and it was boiling in 8 minutes. Not bad considering how full it was. I'm pressing some coffee in the morning and will use it then.
