Very easy to use product, just plug in, fill with water, and press down on the switch, definitely helps make a delicious cup of coffee

It's way better than microwaving my tea. I can totally taste the difference in the water with the kettle. The tea even tastes better! I'm happy I finally decided to get one of these!
