I was impressed by my Chefman. I bought it to heat up water for the water bath for my cheesecake. I was surprised at how quickly it boils water. I will absolutely be using it for other things and am more than pleased with my purchase.

First electric kettle

I just bought this to complement the one I use in the stove , only a couple things I wish were different, the water level indicator, hard to see when holding it to fill up, wish there was an audible click when putting on the base, I’m used to a whistle from my stove top one, and I’m not sure when this is ready, reading the instructions it says it will power off, but does that mean the blue light goes off too?
