The product works very well. It is nice to have hot water quickly. I had a difficult time with the registration. For some reason the product code was not recognized. It finally happened! After 4 tries.

Have not used it yet. Was initially difficult to remove tea infuser. After running under hot water it slid easily. Now anxious to make first cup of te.

Very Happy to purchase this electric kettle

The kettle works very well. Maximum pot of wayer takes less than 5 minutes to come to a boil. Kettle is designed to make tea or coffee. Very convenient and easy to clean. Size of kettle is good for 2 very large cups or 3 regular cups.
