I boiled the first pot as directed for prior ti first time use. Boiled very quickly. I havent made tea in it yet but I am sure it will be great!!

Easy to break the handle

I have one and while I fill it with water and it was kind of formed and I move it with my hand the handle broken and the water separate all over

It heats up in less than one minute. To remove the lid from the infuser, you have to twist and slide forward at the same time.
