My first one I put it back on the heater without water and it cracked my glass
My second one with the T diffuser works extremely great!

Handling instuctions could be a bit clearer!! However, I'm just using the kettle for the 1st time and therefore don't have any details regarding how the kettle work yet.

My 11 year old LOVES this thing. She so excited to use her new kettle. She loves her tea and hot cocoa and this makes it easy for her.

Very nice once you are able to slide the defuser off and on.

Should have instructions as to how to take the defuser off. Once I was able to pull it off a few times it was ok, but the first time I pulled it off it was so tight on the lid I hardly had the strength to slide it off.
