I am giving it the benefit of the doubt and I am buying a 2 nd one after after the one I bought 3 months ago stops working. I made the mistake of not registering the warranty. This time I did.

Beautiful out the box

I think it’s beautiful so far I haven’t used it yet but everything looks great when I took it out of the box. The box was packed neatly and I cannot wait to use it. I love all the functions that it says it can do thank you.

Had another one before I used exclusively but in the process of cleaning my kitchen I shattered the kettle and got a new one of the same brand but this one had an infuser I was surprised about since I didn't notice it.
Very good product, I do recommend. Heats water quickly.
