Kettle was the perfect size for my classroom. It was easy to use and setup. Getting the tea infuser off the first time was a bit of a struggle, but the slight twist tip they give you in the manual helped a lot.

User friendly. Very nice and sleek looking. However, trying to figure out how to keep it from boiling over. Even at the minimum fill line, it still boils over and out onto the counters.

Wish I'd Purchased Sooner!

So easy to use and makes brewing tea so much easier! I have an abundance of loose-leaf tea, but don't make it as frequently as I'd like, because I don't always want to boil a full kettle on the stove. I wish I'd gotten this sooner!

It’s super easy to use and saves me not only time but money on my gas bill considering I’m not having to boil water anymore to make my mushroom coffee or tea.
