Disappointed

The first time I used the kettle to heat milk. The milk was tepid. I reheated it. The milk scorched and burnt the bottom. I had to soak it overnight and scrub to get the milk off. Not as described online and in direction book. Very disappointing.

Just got it today. Made 2 pots of tea. Seems to work great and I'm really excited about having this product

It’s smaller than others that I looked at, so it doesn’t take up too much room on my counter. I also love that you can take off the tea infuser option and just use it for fast and easy hot water. It is very convenient and versatile. I Love this product and would buy again!

Much safer alternative to boiling water on the stove. My 91 year old mother thinks this is exactly what she needs.

It was great except it's difficult to remove and insert the infuser.
