I find Chefman products to be well-made. I love that they are BPA free. Very easy to use. It makes my life so much easier with the convenience of having an electric kettle, that boils water and no time. I use it for tease and to even jump start my water for meals. This is my second one. The first one broke because of my negligence, and I immediately replaced it with another.
