It’s so easy to up easy to clean the tea infuser could have been alil more steady when I take it off be gentle cause it bends but all in all I’m happy with my purchase

The first time I used the kettle to heat milk. The milk was tepid. I reheated it. The milk scorched and burnt the bottom. I had to soak it overnight and scrub to get the milk off. Not as described online and in direction book. Very disappointing.
