Quiet and versatile

I enjoy that you can brew your tea in the pots. That comes in handy if you want to make more than one cup. It is super quiet. My old one was a stainless steel one that I've had for like 8 years. You could hear that in the other room when the water was boiling. Also like the blue light. Great product for the money!
