(1-4 people). Can also be used to make larger batches but you have to clean out the unit when you start a new batch. The dough dries up in the chamber. After a couple of tries, I have perfected the egg pasta. So easy to do. Having fun trying out new recipes. After eating the fresh pasta from this maker, it’s very hard to go back to packaged pasta. Washes up beautifully in the dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Patience people, join a Facebook group, learn a little of the science of how liquid and flour works. This machine will do the rest. My husband says he never wants dry pasta ever again. Dream on, right, but it really is easy to make.

We’ve vowed to not buy pasta this year and this machine makes that goal easy! Plus the pasta is so good! We did have to adjust some of the recipes to make them work for us, especially the lasagna. 10/10 recommend!
