I wish I had researched open versus sealed burners before purchase. Though easier to clean, the flame is not very high.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this oven a few weeks ago. I hooked it up, slid it into place, after burning off the residue and wiping the oven as per the instructions, we started baking and cooking. There is plenty of room on the stove top for multiple pots and pans and the burners Provide plenty of heat and are accurate. Love the panel lighting which lets you see exactly where the oven temp is set. The oven fits a full hotel pan but not a full sheet pan. It’s wide enough just not deep enough.

This is a wonderful addition to our kitchen. Looks fantastic and makes me look like a professional chef in style. Great feature that adds to the beauty are the blue lights. Motivates me too cook!!!
