I’m very disappointed by this

I’m very disappointed by this couch. I’ve already requested a return, which I hope I’m able to pack up to send back. The couch has terrible scent & once I’ve sat on it just 3 times, the cushion is already weekly in the spot where I’ve sat. Btw, I’m not overweight, so it’s not related to a super heavy person.

The seat cushions

I overall enjoy the look of the couch but the back padding is very thin and uncomfortable. Same for the seating the seating is very stiff and uncomfortable. And the 6in arm rest is a joke they are so thin on the top. Please fix this

Easy tp put together. Sat down on it and it is so very comfortable. Like that I can move the ottoman from one side to the other. Size fits perfectly in my apartment. Color is perfect. I got the gray. It's perfect!!

2 boxes that fit through doors. 10 minutes and less than 10 steps later it's a sectional. No tools. Time will tell for longevity, but initial impressions are good. Fits our space well, color matched to web page. Maybe the back cushions could be more substantial?

This sofa is the right size however, the quality is not there. I have received a replacement because the original purchased sofa was absolutely unacceptable. It had many malfunctions. The replacement I’ve had for two months is already wearing down. Do yourself a favor spend a little extra and shop somewhere else.
