Nice stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used it about 3 times since buying it, but so far, so good! Very good electric stove to replace a gas one we previously had. Both the stovetop and the oven heat up nicely and cook evenly. And nice design!

Good basic stove / oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well and looks good. The display is easy to read and is very simple to use. I hate the safety feature called "Sensi-Temp Coil Burners". It makes it difficult to preheat a pan as the pan is not heavy enough to push the spring down unless there's something in the pan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won't buy Amana stove again!

Bought this stove barely 2 years ago, my first Amana stove. Basic but good except for strange noises the oven makes when heating. However now I'm getting the infamous F1E6 code and turning the breaker off and waiting does nothing so looks like I already have to replace the control board on a 2 year old stove. My last stove lasted way over 20 years with no issues except changing burner pans. Since I live alone I don't cook excessively so it sure isn't due to wear and tear!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
