[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Same old monopoly with a different theme. My daughter loves these kpop demon hunters. The set up is easy. The board is foldable making it easy for storage. Comes with solid metal player icons. Different money set up. They come with chips. Easy game id say for 6 and up even though box states 8+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was fun to play love the graphics on the game got to play with my roommates and kids. It took a while, cause Monopoly you know takes longer for me. It’s a very good value and just fun to play, especially in the winter when it gets cold you can’t do nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I didnt watch the movie the game was not interested to me. However the material is high quality and my kid love it. I would see myself playing it more if I watch the series.

This game is GOLDEN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a GOLDEN version of Monopoly! It's so dang cute and a perfect rendition on a classic game for any Kpop Demon Hunter. It's easy to apply the differences of this game with what anyone would know by playing a game of Monopoly, plus the directions make it quite easy to follow along. The most difficulty I've had is deciding which character to be! I also enjoy how much smaller the game board is than what I'm using to playing with in normal monopoly games! The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of all the tiny cardboard pieces. I'd almost prefer the money because it's larger and Im less likely to lose it.

Fun for everyone; a battle for the fans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really unique game. The whole family genuinely enjoyed themselves, so this game is definitely made for people of all ages. Each player token has unique powers that helps you in different ways while you're playing. It is definitely a strategy game, as you need to be able to plan ahead a little bit as you pick your token and while you're circling the board. We love the idea of the game being a battle for the fans, instead of money-centric. It's a fresh new look at monopoly and we LOVE it! Awesome game, awesome concept, and it actually kept my kids engaged and excited the whole time, which is NOT an easy feat. 10/10. Couldn't be happier. I do wish the directions were slightly easier to understand, but that's probably just a "me thing". I'm awful with reading written instructions. Anyway, highly recommend this game to anyone with kids, or heck, even without kids. My boyfriend and I are definitely going to be playing this one without the kids sometimes on date nights. We both love the movie and the game is fantastic; so it's going to be a lovely addition into our weekly game night routine. 🥰

More than just a themed Monopoly—the songs, character powers, and Action Die make it feel like its own game.More than just a themed Monopoly—the songs, character powers, and Action Die make it feel like its own game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Hasbro in exchange for my honest review.
My daughter and I have watched KPop Demon Hunters multiple times, and we both love it. We’re constantly walking around singing the songs, so when I saw this game, I knew I had to get it.
I had been saving it as a special surprise for her. I told her that if she did her work, studied for her test, read like she was supposed to, and did what she needed to do during the week, I would give her a surprise on Friday. Oh boy, she did not forget about that. 😂
When Friday came, I decided to have a little fun with her. I wrapped the game like it was a present for her daddy and let him open it. He looked at it and said, “I don’t know anything about no KPop Demon Hunters.” She fell on the floor laughing and screaming because she knew exactly what I had done.
Once we actually started playing, I was pleasantly surprised that this is not just regular Monopoly with KPop Demon Hunters pictures slapped onto the board. The basic Monopoly concept is still there, but they changed enough of the gameplay to make it feel different.
Instead of money, you collect fans, and the Fan Base basically acts as the bank. Properties are replaced with venues, and if another player lands on one of your venues, they pay you a rehearsal fee. If you collect the full color set, that fee doubles.
You also roll an Action Die along with the regular numbered die. Depending on what you roll, you might gain fans, lose fans, collect fans from another player, steal fans, do nothing, or activate your character’s special power. Each character has a different power, so the token you choose actually matters.
One of my favorite additions is the Song Cards. When you reach GO, you get the opportunity to perform one of the songs from the movie. You have to decide whether you want to spend fans to attempt it and then roll high enough to successfully perform it. If you succeed, you can earn a bonus and keep the Song Card, which is also worth fans at the end of the game.
There are also HUNTR/X and Saja Boys cards that add different twists throughout the game.
My daughter is 7 and the game is recommended for ages 8+, and I can understand why. There are several new things to keep up with at first, so we did have to refer back to the instructions while learning. Once we figured out what everything meant, it became much easier to follow.
I also really like that this version has a definite ending. The game ends when the final Song Card is finished, and then everyone totals the fans from their chips, venues, and songs. I definitely prefer that over wondering if we are still going to be playing Monopoly three hours later. 😂
Overall, I think they did a really good job of incorporating the characters, songs, and theme into the actual gameplay instead of just relying on the KPop Demon Hunters name. There is a little bit of a learning curve the first time around, but there is enough difference here that it doesn’t feel like you are simply buying another copy of regular Monopoly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are huge kpop demon hunters fans so I knew they would love this game. They also enjoy monopoly as an added bonus. The game is so fun and so well made. The character pieces are cute and they have actually kept those out in between playing to play with. The game play is so fun and engaging. Truly the best version of monopoly we've ever played as a family!
