I was disappointed with the build after bag one. I am always careful to make sure every piece is well connected but I have had immense frustration with this build because pieces keep falling off, especially the roof pieces.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry you're having trouble keeping your set together. If you'd like a hand troubleshooting the build or if you find that any pieces aren't holding together as they should, feel free to give us a shout at LEGO.build/Service-BV so we can help!
This set has been a long time coming and I'm so glad Lego came out with it. It was very fun to build and goes great with my other Up collectibles. The only negative would be that the mailbox does not have Carl and Elly's handprint on it. That would have been such an easy sticker to include and would have made this great set excellent.
This Up House is so super fun!! It was so satisfying to build, and colors and all the little details from the movie are so fabulous! It is so super cute but smaller than I was expecting and I do wish it had more balloons and I don't know how you would actually play with it because the rooms are so small. But I LOVE this Lego set and you will too!
It's fairly detailed and has nice minifigs, but the house is really shallow, and not very accurate to the film on the inside. Could easily be fixed if scaled up and added more depth to the entirety of the build. The minifigs are good (other than Russell's backpack, super bulky to the point that it doesn't even look like a backpack) the Carl minifig is the best part of the set and Dug is...well just look at it. Overall, would not recommend to any serious builders as it is too expensive for such a disappointing set.
So worth it. We love every single detail. It’s just like the movie. We have the book of adventures, the balloons, the three main characters , the pictures hanging on the wall, etc.
This Lego was highly anticipated but a big disappointment when it came out The balloons are extremely disproportionate in comparison to the house or the actual house in the movie UP. They should have at least doubled the balloons. The house it self is a disappointment for more money I would of rather had a full house that opens like a book and included rooms like a kitchen, bath, larger living room, this would of made the house snd the build more complete and a hundred times better. Overall this set was a big disappointment
I really think this set should have been $15-20 cheaper. It’s rather small in person, has no back, is missing handprints on the mailbox, missing Ellie’s chair, not enough space on the front porch for Russell and Dug, no staircase or electric motor chair, no tennis balls on the Walker, no Kevin. Lots of stickers. Overall kinda felt like I was paying for the Disney premium, and was missing a lot of attention to detail.
But… it is cute, and the mini-figures are great. Just wish it was a bit bigger and a little truer to the movie.
Love this “up” house. I was so excited when it got announced. I think we all wish it was larger and more detailed but for the price point we got a great build. Found it in store in mission Viejo, ca which was very lucky.
