I like the fact that this coffee maker has plenty of functions to choose from, my absolute favorite is the latte! The espresso is great for the mornings when I need to wake up, love this and will recommend it highly!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of moving parts and steps and it unfortunately doesn't have an auto-fill so you have to watch it carefully. I suspect with the constant turning of the knob from steam to brew manually, it will eventually suffer some wear and tear in the future. When it comes to the steam, its a bit confusing of how much water it uses and whats left for the brew. I'm also a bit wary of it burning me.
While the coffee does come out smooth and being able to make espresso and lattes at home cheapily a benefit plus the inclusion of measuring cups and metal frothing cup, its a bit of chore when it comes to brewing and cleaning for an amateur. Great if you like to be more hands on with your coffee but not for 'the set it and forget it' crowd.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's incredibly easy and convenient to craft my own coffee now. After using it for a few days, I find that the taste is even better than what I used to get elsewhere. The ability to create a variety of drinks is a plus, especially when entertaining guests. Frothing milk for lattes is a breeze, and I appreciate the handy water pitcher with built-in measures. Tiny but mighty I guess you could say! It even has a built in frother something that none of my other espresso machine's have had! I'm in love with it and would definitely recommend it!
