Affordable and nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Mr. Coffee steak Expresso machine from Influenster for my honest feedback. It comes with a stainless steel frothing pitcher and measuring scoop and a marked water pitcher, along with instructions. You can make Expresso, cappuccino, lattes and more with this compact little machine!
It’s pretty easy to use and to clean. I like it doesn’t take up a lot of space either. I’m still learning to make different drinks but so far so good and it saves money=HUGE PLUS!

Like it, but don’t love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience with an espresso machine and it was alright. I still feel like I’m not doing it correctly or something. Luckily there was a YouTube video someone had created on how to use it! I also don’t know if it’s the espresso I bought or how I’m using the machine but the first few cups were ROUGH. I also don’t love that it isn’t auto shut-off but idk if that’s a normal thing. Either way I’m not deterred from this machine but it’s not as user friendly as I had hoped!

Tiny but mighty

It’s a nice coffee machine that is very, very easy to use even if you are entirely unfamiliar with espresso. The instructions lay out the measurements/process clearly, as do the provided tools. I do think the spoon/scoop design could be improved for tampering due to the angular scoop (see media), and
sometimes I find my espresso not tasting as nice as it could due to the lack of temperature settings. I’ve been using it for a while and have yet to hit a sweet spot where I consistently get the crema — it’s hit or miss. Anyway, I appreciate how compact this coffee machine is and how easy it is to clean. It has been a nice break from my favorite French press method and I much prefer it over drip. I very much appreciate having the frothing function as well!

Nice espresso drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso maker has a nice footprint on the counter, and the black color can go with anything. It comes with all the parts needed, so you don't have to buy anything additional to make specialty drinks like lattes. It is very important to read through the entire manual before you use it, as there is definitely a learning curve. It's a lot of extremely important information, some for safety reasons. Once you get the hang of it, it's actually easy to use. And your drinks are completely customizable! You can use as much or less of anything that you want. The frother takes some getting used to, but I am getting the hang of getting the right consistency. The only thing I would change is to make it somehow more non-slip. The portafilter takes some elbow grease to get in and out, and while you're putting it in or removing it, you also have to hold the machine to keep it from sliding. Overall, I think it is a nice budget espresso maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!
