Great for beginners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not a mid level or high end espresso machine but it gets the job done. It takes 4+ minutes to brew. I think that takes too long but to my husband, he thinks it's worth the wait. Manual states that the quality of the water affects the taste, so don't use tap water. It's a little more high maintenance than a coffee maker. You have to relieve the water pressure after each brew-which is annoying. I do like they included a stainless steel frothing pitcher and grounds scooper. 10/10 for a perfect and compact counter space appliance!

Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best things about this espresso maker is it’s size. We luckily have a large kitchen, but this takes up barely any counter space. I’ve never used an espresso maker, but this is simple and straight forward to use. Makes a very tasty espresso!

Pretty good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was pleasantly surprised by this espresso machine. The directions were really easy to follow and it makes a good cup of espresso and a decent cappuccino. There is a slight leaning curve with the steamer but overall it wasn't hard to get the hang of. I knocked one star off only because it is difficult to pull the portafilter out of the machine after use. I have to pretty much put the whole machine in a head lock under my arm to get it off - the machine is just so light.

Espresso Snob

She starts her morning with a double espresso with caramel drizzle and either almond or soy milk. She was very skeptical of the machine because “I have to make it myself and it can’t be as good as what I can buy”!
She has used it every day for a month and she says she is never going back to buying again!

Long process to make one cup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost putting it together was a bit cumbersome. Working the machine was fairly easy. When frothing the milk you have to be careful as the steamer gets very hot and stays hot for a small period. The portifiller stays hot as well. (Maybe add extremely hot notation in manual) Overall it made a decent expresso.

Obsessed with making espresso now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso maker is really easy to use and clean. You do not need advanced coffee skills to use it. The coffee that it makes is super yummy. It is easy to steam milk as well to make fun drinks. The only down side is that I wish it had an automatic off switch.
