I just started to use my FoodSaver. And I love it so far!
I like the options on solid/liquid sealing.
And the jar sealer is great too.

I love the perforated bags.

I can seal two servings of the same thing separately or I can seal a meat portion and a vegetable portion. I like taking my lunch to work, this allows me to seal a meat portion and a veggie portion and either take to work the next day or freeze and take later. FoodSaver bags take up much less room in my freezer than plastic containers and I can organize them better as well.

I really love the ability to seal two portions at once. These are quality bags. I will definately be buying these bags again. DH also used them to seal up some beef jerkey and also enjoyed doing two portions at once. cuts the time in half!

Not as great as advertised

This is the same bag without the perforation, they have just put a heat roller in the center of the machine and a perf roller ! You can't fit much in the bags or it won't seal filling the bag to 1/3 of the size that you cut is the only way it will seal filling

I love the portion pouch. It is perfect for summer sausage, single servings of veggies fresh from the garden, single servings of meat in case you have more of less people for dinner, lunch meats, etc. They are half the size of the bags so you can use much less bag and three sides of the bags are already sealed so you just cut it the length you want and seal it up. Recomend them & love them!

These portion pouches are the best invention!

My wife loves these portion pouches for planning and making the next week's lunches. She can cook the lunches all together at once and then seal in the portion pouches (meat & vegetable) so they're easy to pack and store.
I would recommend this to a friend!
