Sometimes I cook for two, sometimes for one. These bags are an excellent way to save leftovers too good to throw away and just enough for one more meal. I divide up lunchmeat and cheeses so I can grab enough for one sandwich or 5 if company comes. They are also great for fresh veggies I like but no one else does. Just divide them up with enough for single servings. I love these things.

My wife and I always use FoodSaver for our garden produce, we have for years. If we ever had to go back to using an inferior product we would be throwing away half of what we store in our freezer.
