Wonderfully useful!

I love these bags. I live alone and loathe waste. I eat six very small meals each day and that means that often a pizza is far too large, or a meal made by an assistant is too big. Into the trash? Heaven's no! Give me portion bags and I'll put the leftover meatloaf on one side and the leftover potatoes and gravy on the other. The left vegetables go on one side and any leftover sides or bread goes on the side. And when sealed, the whole meal goes into a 2.5 gallon easily sealed storage bag called "Small Complete Meals." It stays gorgeous in the freezer and just try these bags in a pan of boiling water. They're perfect.

My favorite Foodsaver bags

These bags are perfect for freezer use. Since I am single, I favor the smaller bags. Since you can cut these to whatever length you need, they are extremely versatile.

I am amazed at how long you can store food in these bags. My niece Kaitlyn caught her first trout fishing with me at the age of three she is now 14 and it is still in our freezer just like the day I put in there she loves taking out and showing it off.

I can't live without the Portion Packs!

I absolutely love this product. I also hate waste. I can seal small items and keep them fresh without feeling like I'm wasting large bags. I especially like these for avocados. A half avocado fits perfectly and will keep for quite a few days. Small bits can be sealed and put in the freezer for later use.

I made up 10 bags & at first I thought my Vacuum Saver was not working, because it would seal but not vacuum. We tried using a regular bags & it worked fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
