I bought this because I thought it would be a great idea for portion sizes...but I found the pouches to be a little difficult to get food into unless they are very small portions...I can get the same result by using the small vacuum rolls...they are more practical for snacks and lunches...but not freezing in my opionion
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are so many times you need to customize the size of the bag. Small portions, long narrow items like hot dogs. These bags are very versatile.

I wanted to try something new because I am cooking for 2 and these portion pouches are awesome! I'm so glad there was a volume deal because I would not have bought so many without trying them first, but this is my new GoTo product! I love the option of storing 2 bags side by side if that is the freezer space I have. It is also great to be able to separate the pouches and use a smaller storage space. Highly recommend this product for everyone's needs!

These bags are perfect for two cup portions of things like blueberry's and jalapeno pepper rings. Cut them longer and fantastic sausage bags. Perfect!

I often buy bacon and freeze half. With the portion control bags, I can split the package in half and freeze a smaller quantity for future use. I've used it for asparagus,
hot dogs, chicken breast, etc., etc. There is no end to what can be sealed in the
smaller size. I've already used 3 rolls and had to order more! Great deal, buy one get one free!!!
