I can now seal two different types of food and i can do it in smaller portions. I have been able to make small pouches, with this product, i don't have too. great time and mataerial saver.

This product is so handy and easy to use. I seem to come with new ideas on use every time I use them. I live alone and these work great. They would work just as well for any number of family members. So far they have worked well in the fridg as well, i.e. fresh vegs, in the cabinates for storing onions, potatoes, etc. OUTSTANDING!!!

Performs as promised

I have been vacuum sealing weighed portions of beef stew chunks for 2 years. Until this product I had to make my own tall narrow bags that I could use over and over as I cut off the top. Becaues of the sealing edge being about 1" wide alot of the bag was wasted. These portion bags are exactly what I need!

The smaller size option helps prevent wasting the larger pouches if they are not needed.
Also, when buying 4 or 8 steaks (Filets) it's saves time to seal two bags at once.

An answer to many things

I have my first rolls of the portion pouch and they are the answer to so many storage needs. Individual servings, small left overs, camping pre-portions and more. I have tried to make my own in the past with some success but this solves the need.

I really like having a smaller bag. Using the double bag means I can put entree & side dish in the same bag. Food Saver is a wonderful kitchen utensil. It is a must- have in my home.

This is a great bag for freezing almost everything from meat to fresh garden vegetables..Its nice to have a compact bag!
