Great replacement brushheads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this toothbrush refill to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I’ve actually been using these brushheads for a couple years and have always come back to them when trying different brushheads. I enjoy the density of the bristles in the brush and notice how much cleaner my teeth feel when I switch my replacement. The size and shape of the brushhead makes brushing in the back of the mouth more comfortable compared to other brands. Prior to getting an electric toothbrush with an app, the color indicator in the brush head was useful for letting me know when it was time to switch to a new replacement.
These brushheads are easy to use and swap onto the handle. I also appreciate the sustainable packaging it came in. It is packaged sturdily and packaged in a way to keep them intact and safe.
I highly recommend getting these brushheads for your electric toothbrush!

Soft bristles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to replace the bristles as you can easily pop it out and slip it back on without much effort. I love that it comes with a cab to protect the bristles when not in use. The bristles are very soft and great for sensitive gums and teeth. It wraps around your tooth as you brush through targeting all the areas in your teeth to keep it clean. I noticed a significant difference in the cleanliness when compared to my previous toothbrush head. I love how philips moved to more sustainable packaging for the environment and I'll continue to support this move.

Loved this upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to test out as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but had originally purchased an earlier model sonicare toothbrush in the early 2010s with my own money. I loved and continued to use my original until I received this one, and this version is even better, which includes the heads. They are gentle but also effective, which is ideal.
Switching the heads and between settings is easy and straightforward, and I think would still feel easy even if didn’t have a previous model.
Knowing that my previous model held up for so many years without any issues, I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to invest in your long-term oral health.

DiamondClean Replacement Brush Heads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these replacement brush heads through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and they're great.
They do a great job cleaning my teeth, they're very easy to swap out, and they're interchangeable with other toothbrushes in the product line which means my kids who have their own sonicare toothbrushes can use the same brush heads as me which they love the novelty of.
The only negative for me is with these brush heads is there is no easy way to distinguish them from one another when more than one person in the household has the same type of brush head. I wish there were different colours or tags or some way to be able to tell them apart.

The Smoothest My Teeth Have Ever Felt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Philips Sonicare brush heads through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and as a long-time Sonicare user, I was excited to see how they compared to the brush heads I normally use.
Replacing the brush head was incredibly easy. The heads snapped onto the handle in seconds, and I loved that the brush automatically recognized which head I was using and tracked when it would need replacing.
Of the three heads I tested, the DiamondClean was my favorite. It left my teeth feeling exceptionally smooth and clean, almost like I'd just had a professional dental cleaning. The bristles were effective at removing plaque while still being gentle on my gums. The Plaque Control head was softer but didn't clean between my teeth as thoroughly, while the Universal head felt a little too firm for my preference.
Compared to my previous Sonicare brush heads, these felt like a noticeable upgrade. Not only did my teeth feel cleaner, but the smart tracking features added extra convenience and helped take the guesswork out of knowing when to replace a brush head.
What impressed me most was the combination of cleaning performance and thoughtful design. I also appreciated the more sustainable packaging, which felt less wasteful while still looking premium. Overall, these brush heads made an already great brushing experience even better, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner, fresher feeling after every brush.

Super easy swap

Replacing the brush head was a total non-issue. It literally just clicks onto the handle, no awkward twisting, no feeling like I was about to break the plastic, and it feels secure once it’s on. The first time I used the fresh head, I immediately noticed the difference. You kind of forget how worn out an old brush head gets until you pop a new one on!
The bristles are really the sweet spot here. They’re soft enough that my gums aren't sore, but they still have enough density to get into all the tight spots. My teeth get that super smooth feeling without me having to scrub like crazy. Compared to my old toothbrush heads, these feel way higher quality and contour to your teeth much better.
I’m also loving the sustainable packaging. Opening the package and seeing minimal, recyclable paper instead of that awful, impossible-to-open hard plastic clam-shell was a pleasant surprise.

Convenient and easy

What I really like about the Philips Sonicare W DiamondClean Replacement Brush Heads is the size and shape. They feel well designed for reaching around each tooth, almost as if the brush head wraps around the teeth as you move it across them. The result is a comfortable brushing experience that makes it easier to feel like you are getting thorough coverage rather than simply brushing over the surface.
Replacing the heads is also extremely straightforward. They simply slide on and off the handle, so changing them takes only a few seconds. Despite being easy to remove, they feel secure once attached and I never felt like the brush head was loose or unstable during brushing.
The bristles strike a good balance between cleaning power and comfort. They are firm enough to give my teeth that fresh, properly cleaned feeling, but they are not so stiff or abrasive that brushing becomes uncomfortable around the gums. For me, that balance is important because a brush head can clean well but still be unpleasant to use if the bristles are too harsh.
I also appreciate the attention to sustainability in both the packaging and the overall design. It adds to the impression that these are thoughtfully designed replacement heads rather than simply another disposable accessory. Combined with the clean, gentle brushing experience, it makes the DiamondClean heads feel like a natural complement to the Sonicare DiamondClean toothbrush.
