Shave just like razor, very close shave. But battery life is really bad ! Every 2 minutes it drops %10. Barely makes it to 1 shave. Can’t get 2 shave out of it. Spending this amount of money, I would expect more battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift for my dad. Its sleek design really makes this shaver attractive. It’s easy to clean and assemble. The noise level is nonexistent. It has some weight and the handle is big enough that it gives you the ability while shaving. My dad charges us every day on the dock, but I don’t think you’ll need to. Overall, a great gift.

The cleaning station is very loud - almost impossible to use. I bought a new Panasonic Arc6 shaver because water damaged the old one's cord/charging port (no cleaning station). The new cord doesn't fit the old shaver.

The new six blade Arc shaver follows in the footsteps of its predecessors. It provides a smooth shave with minimal discomfort. The only thing they need to work on is reducing the number of passes required to get a completely clean shave. Also, my previous Arc5 model had some kind of articulation failure where the shaver would cut off if the head moved too much. Hopefully they solved that one in the Arc6...
