If your hair is not dense this will shave as close as a razer without the acne problems afterwards. If your hair is dense it will shave very close without skin irritation as well. I recommend shaving dry so it leaves less of a mess and easier to clean. It also prolongs the sharpness so you don't have to replace the blades as often.

I would have preferred a coiled charging cord instead of the cheap one you provided. A coiled cord takes up less space in a drawer and when traveling. Given the price of this shaver, I expected something better.

Design issue??

Let me be clear about this. This is without a doubt the best electronic shaver I've used. I've used the Norelco, the Braun 9, Panasonic Arc 5. The Arc 6 is the clear winner here in my opinion.
There is one problem. The head locking mechanism is faulty. I replaced my last Arc 6 after two years of usage. The locking mechanism failed and the head was ridiculously wobbly.
I purchased my 2nd Arc 6 last month (1/19/25). The locking mechanism is not holding. I would love to just set it to lock and shave. now it will not hold.
A razor this good should last longer than a month. Like I said, there is no razor better than the Arc 6. But product engineering needs to look at the flaw in locking mechanism

This is differently from the Arc5 in that now all 6 blades are in the removable head. The Arc6 definitely shaves better than the Arc5. But remember to knock out the hairs from the head after the first pass so that they do not get between the blades and the screen. Then you get a super shave.
