Its elegant design makes it look like a high-end tool. The ability to achieve a salon-quality look at home makes the value fantastic. I loved how my hair dried! It turned out super beautiful, shiny, and incredibly soft. Furthermore, the fact that it comes with several pieces/attachments is great, as it allows you to adjust the drying for different hairstyles and needs. It is definitely a product that meets expectations. Highly recommended!

Very efficient and has everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best blow dryer ever!! It came with multiple attachments. My favorite one is the diffuser. You can easily adjust the temperature and the cool button is easily accessible. It’s kind of heavy but I got use to it.

Safety Issue: Adapter Coming Apart

I purchased this hair dryer in October 2024 and initially loved it, but after about a year of normal use, the electrical adapter began separating at the seam. The casing came apart and exposed internal components, which made the device unsafe to use. I’ve attached a photo showing the damage.
For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and safety. I’m hoping Panasonic will address this issue, as the dryer itself performs well when it is intact.
