So far I've not been able to connect with my phone. Done all the updates, un-installed, re-installed, tried again.
For now they're just sitting in a drawer. Maybe I'll give it another go in a month or so or when I get a new phone. (Even though my current one is a current model)
Wouldn't buy again. Good concept, good build quality, but doesn't work for me.

Roam delivered on their promises by creating a compact little all in one tracker that is easy to attach to most anything, no need to buy anything else! They deserve 5 stars for the smart and simple design, easy battery replacement and integration with both iOS and Android. I did have some problems figuring out how to power the device up because the power button is a stealth button, you don't realize it's a button until you know it's a button and it isn't marked or labeled on the tracker, this stealth is likely on purpose, so I won't complain about that, however; I will complain about the little quick start card that's included in the box, it is supposed to link to set-up instructions but at the time that I got my trackers, the link didn't work, so I had to search for the instructions on the roamsmarttracker.com web site, luckily clear and easy to follow instructions were easy to find. On the main website. If you are new to trackers don't try to set the device without reading the instructions as there are setting that can vastly change how your new tracker works and how easy it will be to find the tracker should it get lost or misplaced and some of those settings are not intuitive, spend a little time reading and understanding before you deploy for a much better experience. I definitely like the Roam Smart Tracker and would buy it again

We are world travelers. Tracked luggage while flying, at hotels, on a cruise ship. We do this so we are always aware where our valuables are. Happy that finally a tracking product works with my Samsung phone. Also very affordable.

Each tracker can be set up to work with android phones or iPhones. I purchased several, half of which I programmed for Android and half for iPhones. They are so economical that I can put two trackers on each item that I want to track.

Combining excellent design with simple and effective functionality, the ROAM tracker has become one of my wife and my favorite devices. She uses hers to keep track of her purse, mine I use for work. The design is compact and attractive, and the integrated tracking function made set up and usage simple. Very pleased we purchased the ROAM smart tracker!
