Totally Different Workout

I'm recovering from a broken leg. This machine is smooth with 0 to minimal impact. I'm loving this quiet compact equipment. My husband runs marathons and 50k trail races and says it works totally different muscles and adds to his training.

Received my stepper quicker than expected. I was able to assemble with my sons help in less than an hour. The stepper is sturdy, quiet and a great workout. Would definitely recommend.

Performance Issue with equipment

The left pedal now makes a very loud thumping sound and now I am unable to use it. There is also a jerking motion.This is extremely disappointing and I would like to have it replaced.

Used it for the first time today. It was easy to put together, and does what I need it to do. Had a good 30 minute workout. My floors a uneven so I put a mat underneath it and that helps to keep it steady.
