It came quickly and was very easy to put together I did it by myself. Easy to move around. It is so quiet and smooth. It does not take up too much space either. It’s a great workout machine so nice on the joints. Has nice monitor features and the bottle holder is handy. It gets my heart rate up quickly and easy to maintain through the workout.

Bought two times and both times it's broken

this company is horrible. Twice I received defective equipment and they make you beg for help. they make you do all kinds of testing and work on something you already paid for and should be working. Response times are slow. I am so disappointed.

Issue with left side

The left side has a clunking noise. I will reach out to customer service for solution. Other than that, machine seems sturdy.

Loved it till today

I have had this machine less then a year and the left pedal is coming off the track and bending in while using it. Very loud and creaky. Not a very happy user.
