Disapointed, mic broken.

Tha laptop feels very nice, I loke it alot exept for some serious problems. (fyi, I recieved 700$($) off, student discount.)
The good:
The build quality is fantastic and I think it looks pretty good, a little boring but good at the same time, I love the two tone keyboard.
The speakers fire upwards so even if you have it sitting on a couch or bed it doesnt get muffled. The speakers are definetly not the best, I had a R(R)OG G14 for 2 years and a zenbook for almost 2 months which both had better speakers but these are decent and good enough for me. (I returned the Zenbook for this hoping for better longterm reliability... Samsung!)
Using this laptop is definitely nicer than my prevous ASUS one mentioned above, this feels snapier and more optimized and refined, I also do not have to mess around with setting nearly as much.
Performance, I am very happy with the performance overall especially while being good on battery life. (Exept in games sometimes, it plays well but occasionaly there are sudden lag spikes, at least in Overwatch.)
The fans are very quiet, though I sometimes hear a weird sound coming from them, like a hair got sucked up or something, idk.
Trackpad is nice and smooth, it is my first haptic and I like it very much, the feedback is nice.
The backlight is dim, and I really like that, I have no use for it unless it is super dark in whick case you dont want a keyboard backlight that will blind you like my ASUS ones did. I use the 60%% brightness which I think is perfect, thought I find that the automatic backlight control turns it on too early, it is bright currently and the backlight is on, I also do not know haw to turn it off, the Samsung settings gives very little control of it. I cant find a windows setting for it either.
There is a second storage slot inside so that you can easily increas the storage wich I love and the preinstalled one is swappable aswell.

The bad:
First of all, the microphones on mine do not work whatsoever and support is an absolute mess to navigate.
Secondly the battry life is not as much as I would have expected, its definately not bad but I expected better. Currently I use Microsoft Edge with a whole bunch af tabs open and switching between them doing work for college, im am getting around 8 or a little more hours from 80% charge. I have charge limited to 80%.
Thirdly, I have encountered compatability issues. In solidworks there is a ram problem which I am currently trying to work out with them but I have not had this issue with any of my other computers (aka non Intel computers). Maybe this will become better as time goes on, I have the x7 358H with B390 iGPU. Finding information on the iGPU with things like task manager or other tools for something like it's temps is very hard. Alot of the information is missing.
Sometimes it types two of the same character even though I am pretty sure I am only pressing the key once. I have enclosed some examples in here enclosed in perentheses. Like the second "R" in RROG up above.
The ram usage is obsured, when idle, not doing anything, 16gb of 32gb is being used, all the samsung apps dont help. I am absolutely ware that this is not absolutely Samsungs fault, windows kinda sucks. This does not help the Ram issue I have with solidworks.
Some samsung apps I do not like. Camera share does not seem to do anything and bixby is not very good, it is already a copilot pc just us copilot if you must or "click to do" (windows+trackpad click). And even when I close the apps and turn off run on startup they still open, specifically storage share and nearby devices.
I(I) miss the arrow keys frequently, I would have liked the left and right arrow keys to have been full sized.
The temp of the CPU will jump to over 90C.
The second screen app is extremely laggy and slow, I wish I could use it over wire.
The ports is a bit low, not bad, but it could have had maybe one more usbc on the right maybe.
I like the thinsess but it is not reasuring for temps and durability, a laptop only needs to be so thin, there is a point where it becomes to much and is more of an issue than a feature. There is something nice having a chunkier laptop. Like 3mm thicker?

Great Laptop, screen a bit underwhelming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Book 6, having had it for well over a week now. It's pretty snappy when it comes to light-moderate tasks, though it struggles a tad bit with modelling. I chose it basically for the ecosystem perks so that is also a big plus for it.
I have two things against the laptop. First, the screen leaves a bit to be desired. It's not the worst screen on the market but I kinda expected more from Samsung.
The keyboard is also a bit challenging to type on. The travel distance of the keys is pretty shallow so if you are getting off a conventional keyboard then this will be quite the ordeal.

Great laptop, but the screen is not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Book 6 for over a week now and I really love it. I chose the Book 6 because I already have a Samsung phone, buds, watch, and tablet so the ecosystem benefits were among my priorities. But the laptop alone is a very good one! It is snappy on most tasks and has a great build overall. I also love that it has an ethernet port for wired connectivity as well as a micro SD slot for expandable storage.
However, I have two gripes with it. First, the keyboard is somewhat not ideal. The travel distance of the keys is something you'd need to get used to (It's quite short).
Second, the display, while not the worst out there, also leaves a bit to desire. I would have appreciated if atleast it were 120Hz but I was expecting a bit more from a display giant like Samsung.

Good laptop for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very glad I chose this laptop, for the price I get awesome battery life, great trackpad and keyboard, a fingerprint sensor, touch screen, and more! This laptop is great for work and school it is very thin and lightweight that I can hold it with just one hand. Since I also have Galaxy Buds and a Galaxy Phone, it fits well with the ecosystem giving me things like clipboard sharing, auto switching device with the buds, multi control and other features. Overall I think it was a good decision to buy this laptop

Incredible Display Let Down by a Weak Webcam

The screen is easily the standout feature. The Dynamic AMOLED panel is bright, sharp, and renders colors with deep blacks and rich contrast that make visual work look stunning. The keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and having dedicated RTX graphics alongside an Intel Core processor means it handles multitasking, timeline rendering, and light gaming without breaking a sweat. If you already use other Galaxy devices, features like Quick Share and Second Screen integrate smoothly.
That said, for a premium laptop in this tier, the built-in webcam is a major letdown. The 1080p sensor produces noticeably grainy, washed-out video the moment room lighting drops, which looks rough on client calls and meetings. It also lacks an IR facial recognition sensor for Windows Hello sign-in and doesn't provide a physical privacy shutter. On a machine built to compete with top flagship ultrabooks, having to plug in an external webcam just to look clear on camera is disappointing. Aside from the camera and soldered memory, it is a capable, sleek machine, but the peripheral details need work to match the luxury price.
