Great kit & concept, flat blades are sub-quality

Diagnostic Imaging work like some of the other reviewers. My go-to quick travel kit. TSA approved. I had to replace a handle for not releasing the blades occasionally, it also slipped a couple of times when pressing hard directly into a fastener. Pinched the #$%& out of my hand. I've broken/chipped 3 "straight slot" blades. The fit wasn't perfect I admit but I should be breaking screws not blades. Still love the set despite these issues.

While this tool system generally functions, it is not of the high quality I was expecting. Detents in in the shafts are pressed in, not machined, and the process used does not yield consistent results, with some detents deeper than others. For this reason, action of locking into the handle mechanism is not smooth, sometimes requiring pushing the detent locking collar back into the locked position. In addition, the shafts are cheap galvanized steel. The overall look, feel, and function is far below what Wiha used to make.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
